Theme: Cowboy Christmas in the Cowboy Capital of the World. Suggested, not required Boots, hats, jeans and cowboy attire. Details: Maximum 50 attendees paid by a drop-dead date. If you snooze, you lose. Bandera, Texas will have the town in Christmas Decoration which will be beautiful in the evening. Dinner will be at @ TJ's the Old Forge in Bandera, Tx
Cost: $50 per person, Custom menu for event to include one Beef selection, one Chicken selection and one Fish Selection. If a dietary need is required, please let us know.
We have arranged a host hotel for the event, which is next door to the restaurant. There are additional stores and restaurants as well in the walking area.
There is a Hotel next to the Restaurant that is within walking distance for those
that would like to spend the night in Bandera, Tx
Hotel: Best Westin Bandera Suites and Saloon $179+ tax, ample parking, some different activities like fun stories about members, karaoke, gag gifts, trivia on the screen or whatever. To reserve a room you must call 830-688-8081 and mention "Mustang Club" to get the rate.

Linguini Alfredo - Linguini Pasta Tossed in a House Made Creamy
Alfredo Sauce topped with a sliced eight-ounce Sirloin, served with
Garlic Bread.
Chicken Fried Chicken - Boneless Chicken Breast in a House Seasoned
Breading and Deep Fried ‘til Golden Brown, served with a Creamy
White Country Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans.
Grilled Salmon - Fresh Grilled Salmon Filet or Fresh Blackened Salmon
Filet with a Creamy Lemon Caper Dill Sauce, Rice Pilaf and Mixed Vegetables.

5:30 Room set-up, Tim will provide the PA system, he has volunteered to MC as well,
Ken will provide music, registration table will be manned by Pam and Karen.
At registration, each guest will receive a color-coded sticky note indicating choice of meal
and 1 specialty drink ticket for a Snake Bit or Mustang Sally.
Seating will be random, members choice.
Photo opportunities will be out on balcony.
There is parking out front of the restaurant and in the rear of the building as well.
Those staying at the Best Western have parking behind the hotel as well, which is right next door.
5:30 – 6:00 Set -up time, bar opens, last minute details completed.
6:00 – 7:00 Guests arrive, social hour. Let the drinking begin!
7:00 - 8:15 Dinner served. Background music.
8:15 – 8:45 Activities.
8:45 – 9:00 Dessert served.
9:00 – 9:30 Roast / Awards.
9:30 – 9:45 Last call. Closing remarks, introduce new board members, say goodbyes.
Announce after party, party.
9:45 –10:00 Pack up, must be out before 10:00
