All Ford Rally
This event is open to all Ford powered vehicles. Experience the fun of competing in a Road Rally traveling the Hill Country.
This event is where you drive specific routes to destinations using the GPS Checkpoint Rally & Events app to each destination.
This is intended to be a fun event, please enjoy the event and Drive Safe!
All money raised from the event less expenses will go to club charities.
Pre-registration $40 Day of Event Registration $45 Limited to the first 30 vehicles.
Only Drivers need to Register. This event is open to all Ford powered vehicles.
All registered vehicles will receive one pair of Door Clings to place on their vehicle for the event
How it works. The Drivers time is automatically tracked by the GPS Checkpoint Rally & Events app to determine the winner at the end of the event. The time to drive the route is generated by Google Maps using the assigned speed limits for each road.

Event Starting location: 229 Market Ave, Boerne, TX 78006
8:00 - 9:00am - Registration
9:00am - Vehicles leave for destinations
1:00am - Vehicles arrive at last destination for awards with Lunch optional for participants at host restaurant
Drivers will depart at a given time and will be given a map on the route they are to travel.
A predetermined average overall time (based on the Average legal speed to drive the route) of the route is used.
Speeding will not benefit you on this event. Time management will.
The goal of the Driver is the drive the route and go to all the locations to the end of the event using the GPS Checkpoint Rally & Events app to accomplish the rally.
A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance is required to participate
Rule 1 – The Driver with the closest time to the predetermined time by GPS Checkpoint Rally & Events appthe will win
Rule 2 - GPS Checkpoint Rally & Events app will send an alarm each time you travel through a checkpoint indicating you are on track.
Rule 3 –If you miss a checkpoint, the system will record the system as missed.
Rule 4- The GPS Checkpoint Rally & Events app to automate and record the rally checkpoints.
Users will download the GPS Checkpoint Rally & Events app.

During registration the users will be given a Token code to enter to allow them to enter the Rally
Do not log out once you have started the Rally
- Competitor functionality on the app requires an internet connection to log in (entering the token), log out, and report
Checkpoints to the database. It’s not magic. Achieving a Checkpoint does not need a data connection.
- APP functionality can be restricted or disabled by the user if the GPS "always in the background" or "notifications" is not granted or turned off.

Speeding to each location will compromise your overall time.
Steps Event
1 – Depart at a given time Departure and system will record the checkpoint with an alarm sent to your phone
2 – Drive to First Stop First Checkpoint the system will record the checkpoint with an alarm sent to your phone
3 – Drive to Second Stop First Checkpoint the system will record the checkpoint with an alarm sent to your phone
4 – Drive to Third Stop First Checkpoint the system will record the checkpoint with an alarm sent to your phone
5 – Drive to Fourth Stop First Checkpoint the system will record the checkpoint with an alarm sent to your phone
6 – End location Upon arrival at the final checkpoint the system will record the checkpoint with an alarm sent
to your phone
