History
The Southwest Texas Shelby and Performance Mustang Club Started in February 2018 during a monthly meeting at Stout's Pizza. A vote was taken to make the club more than a Face Book group and elected officers including President, Vice President, Treasure, and Secretary. 

Our Mission
We are looking for active and participating members.  If you are only looking for a social media page to read posts, we are not for you. 

We (members) participate in cruises, track days, car shows, events, and monthly meetings so that in their entirety or in part support our designated charitable goals.

This Facebook page is to compliment our official Southwest Texas Shelby and Performance Mustang Club webpage.  In order to be added to this page, you must be a paid registered member on our official website as of Jan 2019.

We are an official club recognized by Shelby America, Team Shelby, Ford Performance, and Mustang Club of America.

Our club is dedicated to the enjoyment, preservation, care, and history of automobiles produced by Shelby American, Ford Performance, and affiliate performance Mustangs of Roush, Steeda, and Saleen.  

This group is open to owners and enthusiasts of Shelby, Mustang, Roush, Saleen, Steeda and Boss edition vehicles. These cars include the AC Cobra, GT350, GT500, GT500KR, Boss, Bullitt, Pantera, Tiger, and GT40, Ford GT, all Roush Editions, all Saleen editions, Steeda, and SVT editions.

The Southwest Texas Shelby and Performance Mustang Club (STSPMC) is a registered 501(c)3 and raises money to support the Carroll Shelby Foundation (https://www.shelby.com/ShelbyFoundation), Carroll Shelby Automotive Program (https://www.ntcc.edu/shelby) and Stillwater Camp (https://stillwatercamps.org/). It is through the passion for these automobiles and associated recurring events that STSMPC raises and donates funds for verified National, State and Local Charities.

Getting Involved
Our goal is to make this club welcoming to High Performance Fords by offering a wide assortment of activities as there are high performance vehicles. In order to make this happen we invite you to join us, and more important to become a active member.

President Message:

Welcome all Shelby and Ford Performance enthusiasts.
I am excited to welcome in our second year as a club as we have some exciting events planned as well as some usual local car shows. We will also meet up regularly with other local car clubs for hill country cruises, etc.

I am very proud of the type of club STSPMC is becoming. We are a fun group, and each member has an equal voice. I will work this year to maintain that identity as we continue to grow.
