Racer Specifications (Valve Cover)

- 30”  Maximum Overall Length
- 9” Maximum Overall Width
- 10” Maximum Overall Height
- 10 LBS Maximum weight on Official Scales
- Valve Cover Cars shall be based on an actual FORD enging rocker cover

Basic Rules
-  No Motors or Propulsion Devices
- No Moving Wheels / Swivel Wheels
- No moving weights.
- Wheels can be attached in any manner
- Nothing can extend in front of the valve cover (including the wheels)
- Valve covers must have only 4 wheels (not exceeding 6” in Diameter)
- No CD or DVD wheels
- Wheel must have a non-metallic surface contacting the track
- Valve cover must stay in its lane or it will be disqualified.

 Running of The Races
- Races will be run in heats of two each.
- Racers will race once & then switch lanes to race again.
- If there is a tie they will race one more time and choose lanes by a coin flip.
- The winners will advance to the next round until all but one racer has been eliminated to     
   become the Champion.
- Plaques for first, second, and third places will be awarded

The Valve Cover Car Show is only open to participants and will be judged during the competition. 
Awards will be Best in Class and Class Award.
